1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the aba99 platform and the user. By visiting the aba99 website, registering, or using any of its services, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted all provisions of these Terms.

aba99 reserves the right to verify the identity of any user when required. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents may need to be provided for verification. These documents must match the information provided at the time of registration.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Security

If any of your personal details change (such as your phone number, email, or payment method), update your account immediately. Transactions may be delayed or blocked if your information is not kept current.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the aba99 platform is ৳500 (five hundred taka). No deposit below this limit will be accepted. The following methods may be used to make a deposit:

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at aba99 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳5,000 you will receive an additional ৳5,000 as a bonus, bringing your total account balance to ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. This means you must wager fifteen times the bonus amount received. For example, for a ৳5,000 bonus, a total of ৳75,000 in wagers must be placed.

Important points regarding wagering requirements:

• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward the wagering requirements.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit from the date the bonus is received.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus balance will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The aba99 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

5.4 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — such as using multiple accounts, placing artificial bets, or engaging in fraudulent activity — will result in account closure and forfeiture of bonuses. aba99 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious bonus usage.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on aba99 are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. A random number generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes, which is completely impartial and cannot be predetermined.

6.2 Bet Limits

Each game has defined minimum and maximum bet limits. A maximum bet limit per round may apply when playing with a bonus balance. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being cancelled.

6.3 Game Issues and Technical Errors

If a technical error causes an abnormal game outcome, aba99 reserves the right to void that round. Any winnings resulting from an error will not be considered valid. aba99 will not be held responsible for disconnections from a game due to loss of internet connection.

6.4 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to each event when betting on sports such as cricket, football, and kabaddi. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aba99 platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity or providing false information.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack or modify the platform's software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Using automated bots or software to play.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using the aba99 brand or trademark without authorization.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in the immediate permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the aba99 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text, audio, and video elements — is the intellectual property of aba99 or its respective licensees. Using, reproducing, distributing, or modifying these assets without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Any content submitted by users on the platform (comments, reviews, etc.) will be considered to grant aba99 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license.

9. Limitation of Liability

The aba99 platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. aba99 accepts no liability in the following situations:
